Dream Interpretation / wildcat attack
« on: March 23, 2020, 02:51:29 AM »
Hi,
I dreamed that a wildcat that was orange in colour attacked my beloved orange pet cat.  I chased the wildcat but he kept attacking my cat.  I grabbed a blanket and wrapped my cat in it to keep him from being afraid and ran away with him from the wildcat.
That was all.  Strange.

Dream Interpretation / WAR
« on: January 23, 2019, 01:02:38 AM »
Last night I went to sleep listening to a mindfullness meditation.  It was a video clip that encouraged the user to have compassion on the body and where the imagination is to be engaged.  She asked the participant to imagine that their torso is a large candy sweet with a hard outside but flowing with honey on the inside.  She asked us to imagine the shell softening up and the honey beginning to flow.  As she spoke, I imagined honey and golden light flowing through my belly and all through my organs and then flowing down the arms and legs.  It was for the purpose of relaxing the body and beginning to love the body.  I was really quite relaxed and as she finished I went to sleep very quickly.

However, I had a dream.  I dreamt that I was in the middle of a war.  On my side, there were all women.  We were coming and going into battle and in between battles we were hiding in a secret building.  We would sneak in and out of a tiny door.  One day the entrance was breached and a man came in with a knife.  He began sticking his knife into every woman's belly, striking them dead.  I went up against him with my own knife and struck it into his belly but I could feel or at least imagine his pain. I don't know what happened after that but I awakened feeling quite anxious and upset.

Dream Interpretation / Stealing a Plane
« on: January 06, 2019, 01:25:38 AM »
I had a dream last night.
Hubby was talking to a man about taking us up in his Cessna.  He was chatting for quite some time about flying and such.  The man gave him a price of $600 to take us somewhere.  Hubby says Wow..that's way too much.  But he tells me to get in the plane and buckle up.  Before I knew what was going on, hubby was in the pilots seat and taxiing toward the runway.  The ground was bumpy like we were in a field and I ached from the holes and bumps.  It was quite crowded with other planes and lots of people walking around.  We had to taxi around all this mess.  The next thing I knew he was taking off. I was screaming at him because he'd never flown a plane before.  I was terrified but there was nothing I could do.  He flew around the airport and over the country side then brought the plane back down.  It was a bumpy landing.
The owner of the plane came running over yelling at hubby.  You stole my plane!  You are going to answer for this!  He grabbed the keys, got in the plane and tried to take off.  The plane would only go up about 2 feet in the air and then the man was thrown out onto the ground in front of the plane.  The plane kept going and ran the man over.  I was crying as there was nothing I could do to help him and somehow I knew this was our fault for taking his plane.

Dream Interpretation / Moving Stairs
« on: April 04, 2018, 02:54:23 AM »
I was with a friend who was much younger than me, and we decided to go on a "ride".  We had to pay to get on and we were given a piece a cardboard for sliding down moving slopes.  There were many people on the ride at different stages.  We hopped down onto mechanical moving slopes and slid down.  It was steep and curvy.  When we got to the bottom there was another moving slope.  We slid down again, and again.  Once we went through the level, we went through a toll gate to the next level.  Gradually it got steeper and more difficult until the slopes became jagged moving stairs.
After a while, we came upon a toll gate, paid our fee and then realized that to get onto the moving stairs we had to jump quite far.  My friend jumped and stumbled and appeared to have been hurt twisting her leg, but she landed.  I was frightened and I refused to jump because I didn't want to get hurt.

Dream Interpretation / Re: A bear, a cougar and a beast
« on: March 31, 2018, 04:26:43 PM »
Hi Tony,
I am at a place where I really need external advice and hoping for a divine being to tell me what to do.  In my dream I was afraid and a man told me not to be.  He told me not to run and everything would be okay.  I'd like to think that he was some sort of angel or heavenly being assuring me that I was on the right path and whether walking or running, I'm sure I would end up in the same place as he did not tell me to turn around.

I see that physics suggests that time and space do not exist. But for me in my space or moment, I do not know what will happen in the next minute and it would be convenient if some other being out side of me could tell me which path is the best one to take to alter those next minutes.  It kind of makes me sad if that still has to come from within me as I will always forever wonder if I made the right decision.

Thank you for your response Tony!  It makes sense to me.

I was wondering if there is ever any sort of future telling or prophesy in our dreams.  Is it always just ourselves telling ourselves information or could there ever be an element of angels or beings of some sort telling us what might happen moving forward?

Dream Interpretation / A bear, a cougar and a beast
« on: March 28, 2018, 01:00:02 AM »
I was walking along a path in the woods.  The path was clear of branches and well packed, but it was quite hilly.  As I walked I saw a bear.....a very big bear!  I started to walk quicker and the bear was looking at me and walking along side me but at a distance through the trees.  Then I saw a cougar, also walking through the trees.  I was really frightened and I began to run.

A man came out of the trees and told me to stop running....they wouldn't hurt me if I walked normally.  So I tried to slow my pace.  I kept walking and so did the bear and cougar, but they stayed in the trees.  I was nervous but I trusted what the man said and I didn't run.

Then a beast came toward me.  It was like a big wild cat but of an unknown species.  It started to growl at me and I again I was frightened.  It took a swipe at me and its claws scratched me.  It was painful but I wasn't injured and the pain quickly went away.  The man told me to keep walking and the beast backed away.

Then I awakened. I didn't want to wake up but I was being called out of my sleep.
