Zackmsia - First of all, how would you describe what it is like to be wet and constantly rained on? If you can see that you have an idea what the dream is telling you.
My own feeling is that this is like a low level feeling of depression, or discomfort. You dream it maybe because you think it is normal to feel like that, or haven’t realised.
It might help to confront the dream and ask it why it is showing you this, and ask it for understanding of why. If you understand where it is coming from it can help you leave it behind.
