What does a dead realative coming to take you with them mean?

I woke up from a dream this morning and am curious as to what it might mean...

My brother, father and I were out for a drive. I was in the back seat and they were in the front. We were chatting and I said, "We should go for a walk". They both said, "Sure." and I said, "I'll need to pop in home to get my sneakers first.". Then, all of a sudden, I was in an emergency department of a hospital. I was sitting on a stool beside the door of a small room that had 4-6 hospital beds in it and the staff were asking me what had happened. I said, "I have no idea. The last thing I remember is being in the car and talking about going for a walk.". They all left and then I was with my two sisters and I asked a nurse where I was suppose to be, because I felt like we were in the way. She said, "Down there, the last bed on the right by the window.". So the three of us walk down there and our dead female cousin, who died in her 40's, is lying in that bed under the covers, smiling slightly. One sister sat on a stool at the end of the bed, the second stood by the window behind the bed and I was standing on the other side of the bed facing the window. I said to my cousin, "Is it time?" and she said, "Yes.". I said, "Ok." Then she looked out the window above my sister's head and said, "We'll just go out there and head left up over that way.". (She was pointing out the window over the clouds).

Any ideas of what this might mean. One of my sisters has had several dreams in which she is hanging out with those that have passed as well. Are these premonitions? Am I or someone close to us going to die soon?
