Mind and Movement was first published by C. W. Daniel Co. Ltd. in 1987. It remained in print until 1999. But it has been translated into Japanese and published by Unio. The ISBN is 7952-8886-0. It is still in print in Japan.

My experience of the process of healing described in the book was such a profound one for me, that I was incredibly enthusiastic about explaining it to other people. As I point out in the book, it is not a new technique discovered by myself. But part of my enthusiasm was that I could put into modern language things that had been described only in the symbolism of religious teachings or ancient cultural views.
