Super Minds

superminds Short biographies of extraordinary men and women. Each biography also includes methods you can use to develop or extend your own physical and mental senses. We are all multi dimensional beings, existing in a physical and apparently solid world of the body. But we also daily experience the subtlety of thoughts, none of which can be held in the hand. Also we know the energy flows of emotion and inspiration, and at thrilling moments, the worlds lying beyond everyday life. The books takes you into these worlds through the lives of these extraordinary people.

A young mother wrote – The message of Super Minds is very positive. I wish such a book had been available to me in my youth. It would have made sense of a lot of what I felt at times — especially the interconnectedness of things and the sense that if we just let ourselves ‘be’ we could touch the sky. The book captures that – and I’m certain that many children and adults alike will respond to it.

All sex is movement. Sexual movement involves your body, your emotions and your spontaneity. For sex to be more than two people experiencing mutual physical friction, movements of our whole self are called for. ‘Sexercise’ is a way of tuning-in to the secret places of your body and mind, opening them to discover the wonder of your own sexuality. Learn how to tune into your pelvis.

Every 7 Years You Change

ARE you the same person now that you were fifteen years ago? In fact, are you the same person you were just seven years ago? Most of us have heard the old saying that every cell in the body is changed over a period of years; but recent investigation has uncovered facts of far more significance to us as human beings. This concerns the emotional, physical and mental changes that seem to occur in approximate seven-year intervals.

We can all see that we are different at seven that at birth. Also the change at fourteen is another huge changing point. The seven-year cycles continue throughout life, and are of the utmost importance to doctors, teachers, psychiatrists and the social sciences. Without some smattering of these changes it is difficult for anyone to understand the relationship of any given individual with his or her environment.

Archana – Domperidone can sometimes help you to produce breast milk, but it is like someone doing it for you, so without the drug your milk might dry up. But you need to ask the pharmacy or doctor for the correct dose. I would first suggest using a relaxation technique plus other methods first.

A simple and effective way to relax is to sit or lie where you will not be disturbed for about 20 minutes. Close your eyes and be aware how your body feels. Just watch the feelings that you are aware of for about a minute. Then move your awareness to the area of your genitals and tense them as hard as you can, then slowly relax the area. Carry on doing this but each time tense a little less until you can just feel the tension there and then the feeling of relaxation. Do this every day and you will gradually learn that you can relax during the day.

Now move your awareness to your face and tense it as hard as you can, the tense a little less as you did with the first one until you can just get the feeling of tension and the feeling if relaxation. Then for the rest of the time switch your awareness between your face and genitals, just getting the feeling of tension followed by the feeling of relaxation.

Something that is recommended to restart breast lactation is to feed him/her every couple of hours and pump after wards during the day for a week of so. There are herbs like fenugreek that can help to increase milk supply. There are also prescription medications that can help increase milk production. I know how hard pumping is but I would suggest pumping after every feeding until your supply comes back up, I would also offer both breasts at every feeding:) Caffeine, tea, dieting, decongestants and birth control pills can decrease your milk supply. Drink lots and lots of water:) Getting you milk back is hard, hard work but it is totally worth it:)

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding for at least the first 12 months and the World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding for at least the first 2 years.

Here are some sites to help:)
