Vivid dreams
« on: July 06, 2014, 09:28:07 PM »
To start of, I've been getting into meditation in the past months and placed a rock I found I beleive is red jasper behind my beds head board, and also have a gem tree near by. Don't know if it has anything to do but just around this time, where I have been introspecting and bettering myself with affirmations and similar things, I began having very vivid dreams, even remembering them, which I didn't in a long time.

So, In this dream I had a saw myself laying down just resting , there were these beings, I couldn't make out their features, they were just light, and they were standing around me, as if having a meeting about me, I think there were four. At one point, I felt like I was waking up, and as I tried, I felt an overwhelming feeling, like my body drifting , I can't really explain. And as this was happening, I felt someone take my right hand and tell me (not really speaking but more like communicating) "it's alright" and then I woke up, with this huge sense of peace, just thinking thank you, still felt the touch in my hand and for some reason the number four wouldn't get out of my head. This was one of the realest dreams I've had ever....

A couple of days later I dreamt I was in what seemed to be a great palace, it was beautiful and grand inside, a lot of things happened in the dream, I couldn't piece together. I met a woman , we talked for a while and became friends, at some point I was in what seemed to be a classroom, and a teacher started handing me books, just piling them in my hands. All this time I knew I was dreaming, at some point I began to fly, just gliding here and there, and was like this is awesome. Can't really decipher when , but at some point ( kind of felt like inception the movie, where the people in the dream notice you) and this guy, a bad presence started chasing me, he wanted to harm me, he reached my friend and killed her, then he kept chasing me.. I headed for the stairs but they were so grand that I decided to jump(fly) up to the top where there was a huge pillar, he followed behind me jumping as quickly, don't remember if he ever got to me because I woke up.

Lula - Please read http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/questions-2/#Summing as it saves a lot of explaining and hopefully takes away a lot misunderstanding about dreams.

Also dreams are a sort of half way house between your core self which is bodiless awareness and your physical impressions of your body, and of course the idea of who you are based on your body. So dreams are all images that are very real and are expressions of our feelings, experiences and intuitions - but usually they are all images representing another level of us.

The rock and the gemtree are, in my opinion, thoughts that give you confidence that you can be or live more than you have so far. And it has worked very well for you had dream images of beings that are supporting you in and through your thoughts and inner world. See http://dreamhawk.com/inner-life/inner-world/

The great palace is dream images of your potential, a potential that has to be made manifest by materialising it. It needs to be explored to see what it actually is presenting to you. So see http://dreamhawk.com/inner-life/clicking-on/ and http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/acting-on-your-dream/#BeingPerson

It is a wonderful experience to explore the vastness and wonder of what you are.

Having got so far into yourself you have to meet the negatives you carry with you - your karma. So you met and run away from your own ‘bad presence’. But all you are facing is your own emotions and fears, and to progress you need to face the fears, the emotions and yourself.
