Dream Interpretation / two dreams

My first dream I was on my bed and I saw a bee crawling up on the covers it immediately turn into a spider but my head kept saying bee. I kicked it off and it landed on the carpet...an owl swooped in, the spider sensing danger started to hide in the carpet but the owl dug it out and ate it then looked at me...I felt safe.
The next evening I had all my possessions on my back then I was the observer of a homeless woman who had a backpack and 3 animals...2 dogs and 1 wasn't clear to me. We started talking and I fell in love with her puppy so I adopted it because I felt I could take care of it better than her. The puppy was riddles with fleas but no matter what I did I couldn't get rid of them so the puppy started to die as it died the 3 animal (from the woman) came over next to the puppy and all the sudden it was clear it was an owl. The owl proceeded to take on the flea affliction of the puppy. As the owl died and looked at me. It related the it was dying in sympathy and sacrificing for the puppy. I was left sad and confused.
I'm curious for feed back on these dreams as they seem very potent.
