My Sister is a man?
« on: May 11, 2013, 03:01:09 PM »
I had a dream last night in which my sister (who's a little on the plump side) had lost a lot of weight and was very teenage-boy-looking (skinny, no breasts, tall) though she's 25 and curvy. She was wearing only some red swimming shorts and I kept commenting that she'd lost a lot of weight. Her hair was a short bob and black, while it's usually long and brown. I felt like this dream really meant something. Some help, please?  ???

Background information: My sister is quite manipulative, but I get on well with her though we don't see each other often. She can be sometimes quite motherly toward me because I'm a few years younger, but only a few and only when our mother is around. Otherwise, she treats me like a best friend. She's a family woman but manipulates money out of my mother. She's a very girly woman, while I (her sister) am quite the opposite.

Akarikito – You are not dreaming of your sister. In a dream we are using our memories and feelings about her to create the dream figure. See http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/what-we-need-to-remember-about-us/#Reflect

So your dream is actually about a figure you have created as a young boy with your sister’s character – the manipulative mother figure who is a more outgoing male attitude. That she/you have lost weight in the dreams might suggest that you have lost some of your inner persuasiveness. But try using these to find out - http://dreamhawk.com/dream-dictionary/practical-techniques-for-understanding-your-dreams/ and http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/association-of-ideas-with-dreams/#Working
