Dream about my dead sister

I dreamt of my late sister and she appeared in the dream with members of my family who are still alive. They told me the my sister had not died when I thought she had but that she deliberately disappeared. I felt shocked and upset that my family all knew except me and I isolated myself from them all. What on earth does this mean?
