It seems as though you have managed it, but out inner female will appear in other drams in other guises, because she is a guide to a fuller experience of the enormous world within you.
But your statement that you, “suffer a creative demon, it suppresses basic functions to please its interests.” Gives a clue to how this dream came about. Any suppression of our natural instinctive drives can either lead to forms of neuroses or open experiences of personal growth.
