How can I tell the difference between intuition and when I am projecting my own fears onto another person or situation?
Thank you!

By the way, is the fear part of the inuition or is the shadow that is speaking?

Well, I believe what you are talking about is the difference in intuition and paranoia (projecting your fear onto another person or situation). That sounds like paranoia to me. In fact, I believe a huge difference in the two is the presence of fear. When people speak of intuition, fear isn't usually associated with it. Here's an article I found. I believe it will help answer your question.

I think if you listen a bit deeper to your thoughts, you will feel light or positive when it is intution and you will feel a bit tight when it is projecting!...let your belly guide you.

Chris - Have you seen
http://dreamhawk.com/inner-life/using-your-intuition-1/
You know what is right because once seen you recognise how it fits with everything you know not fear or hope for.
