another dream about the ex...
« on: June 01, 2015, 09:48:14 PM »
Lots of this dream is missing... can only remember parts,,,

it starts out what i remember... he is lying on a couch/mattress... and his hair is covering part of his face...

he pulls it back and he has scrapes and cuts, a black eye that is swolen shut and badly bruised..

he then shows me two motorbikes that have crashed into a wall...

how he messed himself up...

then we are in a house.. lots of other people there...

i lose track of him.. and start to call his name..

i am told he left with some people.. to go to a party.. they had to use an underground tunnel system to get there..

i am disappointed and feel abandoned...

all i can remember...

i have another dream regarding my ex on this site... i give some background on there if at all helpfull??

many thanks if you can make sense of it..

HeadSwim - I looked at the other post of a previous dream - thanks for reminding me.

Well this dream is looking more closely at a problem shown in your dream. The opening scene shows a man whose identity is hidden, it is not known - hair covering face. He then reveals himself and he is badly messed up. As you put it, "He then shows me two motorbikes that have crashed into a wall... how he messed himself up."

This suggests that a part of you has a rough feeling about relating to men. In fact your image of men is really messed up. In going in search of the causes of this you realise that you will need to get to where it is all happening - a party.

But to be able to realise or known what is going on you will need to go through an underground tunnels - in other word you will need to become conscious of what is now not known - unconscious. A way to do this is to explore your dream images by using http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/acting-on-your-dream/#BeingPerson

But there is a major clue at the end of the dream - "I am disappointed and feel abandoned."

Such feelings are not simple about the dream events, but come from past relationships, maybe from how you related to you father or another male. Such early feelings can mess up all later relationships unless dealt with. But if you go step by step you could do it.

So it might be worth reading http://dreamhawk.com/approaches-to-being/questions-2/#Victim and http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/animus-the-male-in-the-female/
