Dream Interpretation / hair growing in eyes

I don't remember much from the dream but I do know I had a sore eye. At closer look there was a hair growing from it that I almost plucked out - it was about the length of an eye-lash. I think i decided against it cuz I imagined pulling out my entire eye.
