Title: Unknown pregnancy gave birth

I had complications during pregnancies. Over the years I alway dream of not knowing I'm pregnant then all of sudden I give birth to a healthy baby boy. Last nights dream was similar, however I was so happy I kept praying out loud thanking The Lord for blessing me with another child. Please help me find out exactly what my dreams mean  :(
