Title: Son goes Missing

I had a dream last night that my 7 year old son went missing. In this dream I gathered a search party and we found his clothing by a river bank and the flashlight he had in his hand when I last seen him. Never found him. It felt so real. I have had dreams of family being killed before and never hurt like this one. It must have been the not knowing if he was alive or gone. Help me figure out what this means Please. I have been bothered by this all day. It has affected my performance at work.
