Questions about dreams / Cutting off my own head!

The dream starts out that I am in a familiar place alone. I take out a knife and stab myself in the neck and cut my throat. For some reason I keep Going, and I fall to the linoleum floor with my head nearly taken off. I lay there bleeding out profusely blood gargling out of my deeply cut neck. I tried to get up and reach for the counter, but I was too weak and I couldn't get off of the floor- the feeling of death blanketed me as I was getting sleepy and I was sure I was going to die. But I kept trying for the counter grunting and reaching. I finally had the strength to make it to the counter although I was sure I was going to fall to my death. I hold my neck and head in place because I remember thinking if it falls off I'm dead. I reach for the phone and dial 911 and although it takes me a few attempts, I finally get connected. The emergency operator answer the phone professionally and states that the 911 I called was located in a town about 30 minutes away. She asked for the address and although I knew the place that I was I couldn't think of the address. Frantic but still trying to remain calm, the operator trying to save me was trying to ask for landmarks or something in which the ambulance driver could find me but all I could remember was the town name and telling her that I was going to die if they don't hurry. Apparently I gave up and hung up and called my sister. She said she would be on her way and I hung up the phone. At this time the bleeding has completely stopped and I remember thinking "Am i dead and I just don't know it?" But regardless my head was all the way off now and I was holding it in place with both hands. There were some small glass turtles decorations that the show comes off like you could put a few small pieces of candy or something inside. There were three of them. So I reached over with one hand and started kind of playing with the turtle shells taking them on and off to occupy myself. After my sister arrived I walked down the stairs outside and got into the car. But for some reason we didn't go to the hospital right away we stop at some kind of restaurant.. I think it was a Denny's or something. And I'm sitting there now with both of my older sisters still very worried but ordering food none the less. As I sit there scared I noticed people staring at me and my oldest sister making the comment that my head was on upside downor something. So I stuck my tongue out slowly to feel for my nose and it wasn't there but as I put my tongue in the opposite direction I could feel the underside of my nose thus making sense in my head that I had my head on upside down. hair to my neck and my neck sticking up. I don't know how it got that way, but I left it in fear that if I took off my head I would die. And as far as I know that was the end of my dream. Any interpretation that accurately depicts this dream would be greatly appreciated please no guesses I would really like to know what this means. Thank you so much.
