Hi there.
Does every dream have a hidden meaning? And (this is a strange one!) when someone closes their eyes to sleep but are not asleep, is it normal to see colours and flashes of purple and yellow light?

Hi i was just wondering if everyone dreams in colour. I always do, but I have heard that some people dream in black and white. This has only happened to me once a few years ago. I dreamt of white faces racing towards my face as if it was pitch black and they had a torch above their faces!! It scared me!! Hope everyone is well

Dream Interpretation / Dream od walking down a long path

I dreamt that myself and a friend were walking down a long winding path in the countryside. We had a dog with us and sometimes she would be able to jump over cracks and gaps in the path better then me. It was very strange. I am going through a marriage breakdown at the mo and feeling really isolated,,maybe that explains the dream?
