Dream Interpretation / Futuristic Lab

Today I woke up in a lab. Everything was futuristic, there was a lot of artificial white light and machines, no windows. There was a male and female working on the machines (my colleagues but we were all friends there). I was armed with a shotgun and had some sort of suit on. I saw a device on the table and wanted to carry that so I left the shotgun behind and went exploring the area (alone).

I went up through a very broad circular area and was in a lab. The ceiling was very high and there was no visible end to this space. There was walls to the left and right, but they were far apart. All the walls and ceiling (also in the previous space) were made of metal.

I saw tables with chemistry objects on it but no people. It looked like this area was a working ground for scientists. When I walked quite a bit in, I saw something running toward me at high speed. It was a light brown being, ran on arms and legs. Half beast / half animal. I thought it would attack me and I shot it down with the device I picked up earlier. It shot an energetic projectile (light blue) which on impact expanded and damaged biological beings (as it had no effect on the surrounding objects whatsoever). I started walking again and another of those beings came toward me from the distance, I shot again and then I saw three. Then I felt the ground shaking, I heard rumbling and the light in the distance started to dim. It looked like a huge shadow was coming toward me but I saw it was an incredible horde of these beings. I felt like I wouldn't stand a chance and so I ran.. (Yet again I keep running away)

They were trying to grapple me to make me fall but I kept rolling away when they leaped at me. I went back to the broad circular space and ran for my life. I was severely wounded and one more hit would kill me. I ran to opening in the ground and jumped. It it was either die from them or die trying to get away with the fall[/i]. One of these being was on my back, as it wanted to strike me I turned it around and it broke my fall. None of the others followed me (it was a huge jump). I was safe for now.

I explained what happened to my colleagues/friends and they said they would be coming with me. They patched me up with some sort of drink and I was fully healed from all wounds. We went into the same area together and saw no signs of the previous beings whatsoever. We walked around and saw everything was still intact as it was (the tables and the flasks/devices on it). When we walked to those tables we heard a lot of noise (from a running being). It was a huge bull and it looked angry. It didn't look like a 'normal' bull, more like some kind of altered bull as it was a lot bigger as well. I was the furthest away but it was focused on me and started to uproot the tables that were in between me and it. My colleagues/friends and I started using our weaponry to incapacitate the bull. After some struggle it went down..

Before I could move on I saw them both and felt liked I would have died if it wasn't for them. I thought: "I always wanted to".. and then I kissed the guy, twice. First he said: What are you doing? and the second time he pushed me away. For some reason I felt very confident giving those kisses. After being pushed I smiled and said: 'Your lips are very soft'. He didn't respond.

We walked on and were now further in than I could reach alone and we saw a door (metal, big and automatic) which we went through. The door led to another lab. My friends/colleagues started to use the machinery there immediately. I went on to explore the space we were in and I saw something in a cage in the middle of the room (the room again was huge, like everything else in this dream). There was no path to reach this cage as it was confined by an open space where one could fall in. This looked like outer space. It shot a blob of something towards me and I dodged it. I walked to the side and saw it was an octopus. It hit me with a blob and I bled, the wound was severe. When I felt all the life fading, I grabbed one of those drinks and the wound healed again..

My friends/colleagues said to be careful as this beast was responsible for many deaths. I tried killing it with harpoons while dodging its blobs and believe I succeeded. I couldn't know for sure as I couldn't reach the cage..

My friends/colleagues called me over and they pointed towards the screen. I saw how people were hit by this beast before and how they died, they all (three persons) bled out because of the substance.

After this I woke up.

Lots of aggression.. I know there is aggression within myself that I don't understand yet. Usually when I think about it all I feel that I've only just begun (and I'm pretty sure it's true) to explore the depth there really is. I have much to learn. If you have any insights on this I would truly appreciate hearing it! Thank you in advance

Hi Tony

I do wonder what this old music resembles. My interpretation is that it is something that wants me to know/feel/be recognized but I can't grasp what it is yet.

Yeah.. I'm all too familiar with taking the easy way (but in the end hard way) out of a situation that I don't want to face by running or procrastinating.. I'm now moving to a massive action based approach in my attempt to transform that cycle.   

I've read the articles you linked me and kept reading on. Your website is very informative and articles link to each other very well. I will use the lifestream technique you suggested. I did dream of performing an exorcism in my dream and linked it to transforming a negative mindset. I'm aware that I've lived in a cage of my own making all this time and I'm trying to 'break free'

Dream Interpretation / A long chain of events

Hello everyone!   

Thank you for opening my message. My dream was very long and I was able to record quite a lot (I think). At this time in my life, I feel stuck and alone, not knowing what to do, where to go, how to feel. What is true or not, everything feels like a blur. I think that the negative energetic pattern continuing in my life is that of feeling forsaken. I'm trying to find out what it is that I may make others (and thus also myself) happy with. What can I bring to this world? What was my intention to come here? I don't know what to do but I'm very willing to read into material or experiment with advice that will be given!

I wanted to post some dreams before but everytime I postponed it. I feel this dream can bring me a lot of clarity. I have been thinking about the symbols in here but I can't chain them together and thought it would be incredibly long if I'd put my own analysis in here as well, so I left it out.

If anyone can help me with deciphering this dream and helping me find my way I would be very grateful! I know it is asking much and am willing to return a favor if you like. Let me know

My dream started in a crowd. It was outside and there was music playing. Kind of old music that was unknown to me and mostly instrumental, not the kind one would get into a party mood by.

When I started talking to people at this party, I soon noticed that we were surrounded by groups of people, just watching. Sometimes their faces would show another expression but it didn't feel as if they were doing so in a supportive way. A friend was there and I asked her what was going on. She said: "We were invited to this party because everyone here started their own store or project in some way or the other. We were told that this would be a celebration of our achievements. There was a promise of assistance in starting our companies. The people surrounding us were the ones that invited us. They are already successfully and I think they are trying to block our progress for the sake of their own profit." This instantly made me furious and I started analysing the people around me. They were in groups of four and the front line all wore the same clothing. They wore long robes like a nun (including the hood) but each group had their own color. The frontline with the people wearing the robes were all women. I think the colors of the robes (and groups) were divided in Dark Red, Dark Green, Dark Blue and Dark Yellow. I felt trapped and humiliated.

The "party" didn't feel like a party at all and it was dragging on, as if they were waiting for something. They didn't let us leave and wanted to round us all up. I started a breakaway plan with my friends and others at the party. The plan was to cut through the line of the people watching us, but in all directions so that they could not focus their attempts in catching each of us. And so, we did. I started running just before the line and pushed everyone aside that was blocking my retreat. "Run, run, run!" I thought. I ran so fast that anything behind was left far behind and I felt safe enough to start walking again. I noticed that the houses I ran past were made of big stones. The ones that were not clean cut and were used in ancient times.

I walked towards a big rounded arch that was an opening in a wall, it was a train station. When I entered it, there was little light and most metal seemed to be made of bronze. There were pipelines everywhere. I don't recall buying a ticket. There was smoke coming out of some of the pipelines but this felt normal. I walked up a stair towards the train but it wasn't there yet so I walked a bit. I looked to my left and saw a police officer walking around with a device and instantly recognised what it was. It was a device to scan the face of a person. If a person committed a crime, it would show up and the officer would take the person with him. He was just a few meters away so to hide would be overly obvious. He scanned my face and I smiled at him while he did, hoping for a miracle. It felt like the officer was not the kind of person moved by emotions. The device didn't work, he gave it two taps. The train arrived. He then gave me a quick nod and walked away. I went in the train and thought: "Phew.. That was so close. Such luck that the scan didn't work."

The train was headed to a place I felt called upon. I didn't know the name of that place or it didn't have one. Nothing special happened in the train, I was just sitting and looking outside the window until I would have the idea that I had to get out. I felt like I was on a journey but not knowing where it would take me. I wanted to find a way to neutralise the people that were all in our way. The train stopped many times and it was already empty but I stayed inside. At a stop I felt that I had to go out and so I did. There was no one there so I just started walking.

I walked through a big arch again and walked into something that seemed like an underground. I saw two of my friends there and felt excitement. I walked down the stairs to meet them. "Hey there! So you've come to find out what's going on as well?" I smiled and said "Yes, I seek to understand". They said they had a meeting with some people and that I could come along. So we went to a red double door that was guarded by a big guy. He let us pass and we went down the stairs. There were seats everywhere, it looked like a cinema that was no longer in use. I smelled smoke and saw a group of people sitting together there. They wore bandanna's and had weaponry all over the place. It didn't feel like a safe place at all and I started to get anxious. As yet again, I felt trapped and this time I had to sit it out. My friends were trying to negotiate with the people there but my mind was wandering off. I had no interest in what they were offering. They wanted the people that did these things dead. Even though the ambiance was uneasy and scary, they let us leave and so we continued our pursuit.

We started walking until we came to a point that felt like a trial to me. A trail of wooden bars where one had to keep jumping over to reach an island made of wooden bars. Like a tower construct towards the sky. I forgot what I exactly did there (if only I remembered) but I do know that after I did what I did, we would be able to do what we wanted and those people from the past would no longer haunt us, if we could get away. So we all started to run as fast as we can to make it to the train before they could catch us. I jumped over the water by jumping on the wooden bars again. I was very agile. We made it to the train and the doors closed, but one friend was missing. I tried to stall the train by pulling the emergency brake so that it wouldn't move and tried to open the doors but the train went away anyway. I felt discord and it went deeply.. "Did I just leave her for the wolves?" I thought. As I wanted to start and sob, I heard a knock. The train was already in rapid movement but there was my friend, outside but alive. She was clinging to a handle at the doors and I looked outside, she was wearing rollerblades so she could stand on the floor while the train was in movement. I was so happy and surprised she was able to move with the train like this! The standing part was going to end though, so I pushed the emergency door buttons again and after a short suspension there was a click. The door rapidly opened and she was in between the door and the train somehow but we managed to drag her in. The train lady came watching what was going on and saw how my friends and I were on the floor. We were so happy to be reunited and were smiling and laughing.

My name is Rico, I've been interested in dreaming since my child time and made a continuous effort to remember and decipher them ever since. There's so much to learn and it's fun to do so! I can put a large story here but I don't think that would be fitting for now, so I'm keeping it sweet and simple
