Tony - Just curious...how did the impressions/sensations come through as they were absorbed by your rational mind? In case this isn't quite clear...I'm wondering how your intuitive understanding about the root system presented itself to you or was it just a sense of 'knowing' rather than images or something of that sort?

Dream Interpretation / Swimming Pool Lightning

Last night I had a dream with two parts. At the start I was on the phone with my dad (who passed away over ten years ago) and he was telling me about how his work wanted him to take some courses about intuitive development and I was excited to finally be about to discuss it together.

Then the dream shifted and I was in a swimming pool with a lot of children and thunder rumbled above us. I looked up and there was a storm overhead. I noticed one specific spot in the clouds directly above me and two children (a boy and a girl), the spot in the clouds looked like it was almost boiling in a sort of funnel shape and I knew that lightning was about to strike. I called for everyone to get out of the water but there was no time so I grabbed the boy and girl close to me and tossed them out onto the pool deck. I too jumped out onto the pool deck just in time. I'm not sure if everyone got out but everyone was okay afterward. I checked the children over to make sure they were breathing - interestingly after the lightning stuck some of them had turned into dolls and they were breathing and okay as well.

I've looked at the dream dictionary definitions of pool, lightning and dolls and I have some ideas but I would love to hear your insights Tony.

Dream Interpretation / security guard dream

I'm not sure what to make of this dream.... I was at some kind of industrial factory in what looked to be some kind of central control center area just witnessing what was going on with the staff. Some men came and stuffed one of the security guards into a pure white sack and he was still alive and wiggling around. For some reason nobody was there to see them take him hostage and I especially recall how incredibly white the fabric of the bag was. I then saw that they were taking him down this long, deep stairwell to the basement and I wasn't sure if he would live or if they might kill him. I didn't feel afraid or really concerned about what happened to him. I'm not sure why, but I felt a sort of indifference. The man's disappearance was noticed but a man in a higher-up position told the others that he must have just walked off the job to avoid raising any suspicion about what really happened to him. I had a sense that he had discovered something that they didn't want him to know and it was related to something they were planning.  It was almost like it was above his clearance level somehow. Part of me just knew this but I remember in the dream I wasn't too concerned over it because I felt it was beyond my control.

Dream Interpretation / forest path

Hi Tony,  I had this dream recently and I'd love to hear your interpretation. I feel like it has important meaning and it sits in the back of my mind and keeps popping up for consideration. The dream dictionary has been helpful but I'm still not sure how all the symbols fit together and their significance for me, especially at the end of the dream.

In the dream I was on a forest path, moving along at a good pace and there were other people on the path but then I started looking for a side-trail where I could go my own way - like a private path. I remember looking for areas off to the side of the trail where the grass had just been pushed down a little bit as though people had gone that way before but it was not a formal walking path. I sensed that I was looking for a secluded space for solitude away from the main path. I went off the main path and very soon found myself at the edge of the forest on a huge, mountain cliff that was overlooking a whole town. The 'big picture' view was absolutely breathtaking and seemed more like the view you would have from an airplane it was so expansive. The town seemed so far below me. What my attention was drawn to was a giant pool in the town that had a couple of whales swimming in it. There was a person swimming with the whales as well as a very playful dolphin. They were all moving very slowly and gracefully together almost like a dance in the water and it was so peaceful and beautiful to watch. Watching was so captivating that it almost seemed to put me in a completely serene trance like state. I am especially wondering about the personal significance of the end with the cliff and the pool and how it all fits together?

Dream Interpretation / space travel dream

Hi Tony......I've never had a dream about space travel and I could use some help with this one. It seems to be linked to the inner process I'm going through now. In the dream there were different groups of people joining with one another. The gathering was on a large scale - like a planetary scale. We were gathering to work together and there wasn't total trust because we were all very different, yet joining together and choosing to trust was the only choice. Somehow I knew it was the only way forward and I wasn't sure how it would all turn out. Also, it's as if we needed to join because there was some kind of great change coming that we needed to prepare for together in cooperation. It felt like it had some likeness to a kind of battle but not in an aggressive or dangerous way. I could see this part of the dream as symbolic of an inner joining of different aspects - the process of integration going on within me. Next I remember flying on the back of a huge winged unicorn to another planet. The unicorn was a being from one of the other groups my group was joining with. The flight was a really vivid part of the dream as we went straight up into space at lightning speed zooming past multitudes of stars beyond anything I ever imagined. Space just seemed to go on and on and it was a very magical trip that seemed to bring greater clarity somehow. I was a little  nervous about flying so fast but I knew I was safe. (Not long ago I had another flying dream where I felt this same way - the anxiety over feeling out of control came up but then fell away as I realized it wasn't necessary because I was able to direct my flight). In this dream I knew it wasn't me directing my flight but I could trust the unicorn to carry me. When I arrived on the planet I was traveling to all I recall is that it was nighttime and me and an unknown male partner were in an upstairs bedroom of a house. We were staying there just for the night and I knew there were people asleep downstairs but I also understood that we were not intruders. Also, he was not a male I know in my waking life but he was familiar and it seemed completely normal that we were together.

I read over the dream dictionary interpretation of the unicorn but I would like to hear your thoughts on this dream Tony because I'm still trying to understand the symbolism.
