How can we distinguish the feeling of fear from the feeling of intuition?
Some times is really hard to anderstand... i will appreciate any help!

Can we experience a real astral projection while we are sleeping?one day i saw in my dreem, in my room where i was sleeping, that i was in the air(not my body,just me) and went at the living room and then came back in my room and touched the ceiling and it was like a sponge and then i woke up, and felt something like i was very tired. Days before this dream i was reading bout astral projection. Was a real thing or i just dreamed it?

hallo this is my dream: Me and my sister were at the roof of a building and some men were after us. Then we had no where else to run to that we had to jumb from the roof, i was a little bit afraid and i think my sister said that it was ok. We jumped and during the fall i was thinking that i m gonna hurt my head, but i entered in a pool that was full of glitter,beautiful, then the dream started to fade away and i realized that was a dream and forced my self not to wake up and i did it.I swam a little.I was observing the glitter and then starting feel so nice that i started to smile. What all this mean
