I think that this is an unusual pregnancy dream as i couldn't find any reference to it on the internet.

I dreamt that i was pregnant, I am male, but the baby needed to be transplanted into the body of another woman because I could only provide sour milk to the baby (For some reason i was lactating and feeding the baby in the male equivalent of the womb i suppose) and the other woman could provide proper nourishment.

McCrichierich – It is fairly often men dream of having a baby. I have dreamt it myself many years ago. It could suggest that you are on the verge of a new way of relating to the world/your life.

The business about the sour milk is simply saying that inside yourself you have not integrated your female self. So in the dream you have to project her outside you as a dream image. You need to become a whole person, male and female, to give birth to such a child. But it seems like you are doing okay in the dream to work out the angle of creating an external woman.
