In hiding and under protection
« on: March 07, 2011, 07:27:16 PM »
Well that was a weird one last night!

I was in a house with a small group of people when some militia of some sort were about to storm the building and take everyone captive. I was smuggled out quickly through an opening and secreted in an outhouse for my safety. I appeared to be of some significance to the militia. A little later, while I was hiding in the outhouse, reading a book,  one of the people, who turned out to be John Cleese (?), came and fitted big security locks to the door and said 'That will keep you safe!'

I didn't feel scared in the dream but I did feel protected.

:-\ I was sitting round a table with four other people testing cat food last night! I tested a dry biscuit and three people sitting opposite me had bowls of cat meat - the fourth person, who was 'in charge' said that I wouldn't want to test that, as I'm a vegetarian.

Quite right; in waking life I wouldn't have tried the biscuit!

Midlander – This is another step toward the inner conflict. So of course you were of significance to the Militia. You are, after all, the central character in the drama of your own life. But you managed to escape by reading a book. And you neatly locked it all away – in or out.

And what does John Cleese mean to you?

As for the cat food, I am reminded of the idiom – take the biscuit.  :) But apart from that you and your cat need to sort out why you need to test its nourishment.

Thanks Tony! John Cleese puzzled me and I've been trying to pinpoint what he means to me. I came up with 'father figure' and that may be right but it might also be something about the way in which he has undergone transformation in his own life.

Off to check the cat's nourishment - the real one and my own inner cat!

Good that you are still around.

In a strange way, through looking through the windows of peoples dreams, I have a wonderful feeling of seeing very new surroundings and family life, and life styles.
