I am in a hospital sitting in a chair, I am watching an interchange between the nurse and the mother of a baby lying on a gurney (I do not recognize either of these people). I watch as this very small baby wiggles its way to the top of the gurney, I tell the nurse you better catch the baby before it falls. She grabs and misses, the baby hits the floor and shatters into hundreds of pieces, there is no blood and the baby's head completely disintegrates.
