Hairy forearms triangle

Plenty of dreams tonight, I am standing between two men leaning on them tightly info r of me I see their hands forming a triangle in front of me, hairy forearms, so we form a triangle, base me in the middle and each one of them at my sides, I feel good and safe, protected.
Than my front artificial tooth white and transparent at its right low part...

What could all this represent?

I read this and in fact an artificial tooth is actually a crown 1. Right
And I have checked the overall meanings but still don't see the meaning

Shooting Shot

A hurt received, or given. Fears or worries about death. The destruction of a part of yourself by another which is demanding energies in an aggressive way.
