Interesting.  Are you American?  The dream, upon, first reading seemed to be socio - political.  But that is just me.

Leopold – You start by being settled in a place or condition that you only know through having heard of – the exact place was not revealed.  This suggests you are exploring new inner territory. Your inner world/territory is a very important and powerful place. See http://dreamhawk.com/inner-life/inner-world/#MakesInner

You are moving into another attitude or influence that presumably you have also only known through second hand experience – the Native American. I wonder how you see them, what you associate with them? I am going for a disposed people because of the rest of the dream.

The three powerful sheep who are led to slaughter is very much an American feeling amongst the disposed people of the land. Their religious feelings regarding sheep are shown in many places. A banner shown by a person holding it reads, “A nation of sheep ruled by wolves, owned by pigs.” Also often quoted, “He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.” Isiah 53:7

The three powerful sheep in your dream can mean three influential people in your life that, like sheep, are
living a life which is out of harmony with your own best interests. They can also indicate people in important public positions who have been influenced by big money in the USA and world. As Chris wrote, it seems to be socio political.

Maybe it didn’t seem disturbing because if your underlying feelings which gave rise to the dream.
