Wandoothe - As I try to communicate, dreams are an expression of a different dimension than waking consciousness. You cannot 'think' about your dream because such thinking is from our waking life dimension.
To understand your dream you must enter its dimension, maybe by using
http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/acting-on-your-dream/#BeingPersonOrThingAt that level you are capable of healing - When I was on my way home from working in Greece - my home being Britain - I had a few days before my flight and found a small yoga centre in Athens. The owner let me stay there alone in the building. That evening my top gum became swollen, and the pain was terrific. I searched the empty building for some pain killers, but nothing. I couldn't even leave, because I was locked in.
So I prayed for help, anybody or anything, please help, I'm desperate. The swelling on my gum was getting bigger, but somehow I went to sleep. When I awoke, to my surprise the swelling and the pain had completely disappeared and never came back.
Your dream was telling you that if you can reach through to the the dimension where you are healed - you are healed.
