Chris - I feel this is an important dream. The man's head I sense is about your inner dealings with men. The temple is a killing spot and is very vulnerable and has been wounded - but you have survived because under it all you are strong.
The laboratory scene I believe is a means of healing the first opening scene if your dream. It doesn't show as a hospital scene but a testing or experimental environment, because the liquid in the glass is - I feel slightly poisonous. But in medicines some poisonous things act in us like an antidote - as happens on cancer treatment that have that make the patient feel ill. So I suggest you drink what is in the glass. That is part of the work needing to be done.
The office scene obviously links with work, and it centres on the stuff you put in the dark closet which I think is stuff, feelings or issues that you store inside you in semi awareness - nearly unconscious - some of it smelling. You need to purge this and feel good.
The grey man seems to be a regular visitor in your dreams, and is giving you advice. It would be worthwhile to work on what he represents too. Maybe using the advice in
