Ataque aéreo

Nos sentimos atacados, con una severidad que depende del daño ocasionado por el sueño. El ataque podría ser emocional y partir de otros, o bien de los sentimientos que abrigamos ante los hechos que nos rodean. Las cosas pueden marchar mal en el trabajo y los comentarios pueden sentirse como estallidos de bombas. Sin embargo, las amenazas son a menudo puramente mentales.

Podemos, por ejemplo, leer algo acerca del SIDA, y la ansiedad conectada con esta idea es capaz de producir un efecto devastador.
