Crystal
The human sense of the eternal, so a symbol of your core self. But a crystal can also depict rigid views or emotions, crystallised opinions, thus habits.
A crystalline form is often a symbol of the Self. In other words, you are only conscious of a small part of yourself. Most of your body functions, and memories are unconscious. Also, your links with others and life itself at a deep level may remain unknown. The word Self is used to mean your whole being, known and unknown. If the crystal is felt to be of great beauty or valuable, then it is certainly linked with what is of greatest value in yourself – your pure consciousness beyond physical sensations and thoughts.
The thing about dreams is that they show everything that is inside you as an outside image. So the crystal can actually represent the force that gives you bones and other inner activities. Crystal of whatever sort always form the same crystalline structure, so often are images of forces in us that are always constant, so can represent a part of us that is always true – our core Self. The shape of the crystal, in its beautiful structure, arises through the workings of some inner force or power, invisible, but evident in its symmetry. So it can represent the hidden inner power active within you that shapes who you are. Dr Marie-Louise von Franz writes in Jung’s book Man and His Symbols, writes, “The mathematically precise arrangement of a crystal evokes in us the intuitive feeling that even in so-called ‘dead’ matter there is a spiritual ordering principle at work. Thus the crystal often symbolically stands for the union of extreme opposites – of matter and spirit.” This inner power may in some dreams be seen to shine out or to focus what are your innate talents or potential.
A crystal may also depict realisation, i.e. “It became crystal clear”. See: jewels.
Cut crystal glasses or chandeliers suggest refinement or quality, and the chandeliers might also link with what has already been said above about crystal. Glasses can also link with alcohol though, and be showing its influence on you.
Clear Crystal: This is about clearing the mind of thoughts and emotion and enabling you to look into the immensity of your inner being. It represents a space of infinite wonder, a situation or state of mind not limited by form or smallness so it allows you to seek what you want in the infinity. Although it has no image or formit has the potential of all things – a magical state.
Crystal ball: The crystal ball usually stands for insight, prophecy, the future, your hopes and plans, fate, intuition, gazing into yourself. It can, because of its shape, denote the Self, or completeness, indicating your ability to be aware of intuitive impressions and creative imagery. It can also indicate the world of your inner feelings, passions, love and dreams – your soul, and your ability to look deeply into it. The following dream illustrates this.
Example: My beautiful friend looks into the crystal. It is not a thing made of glass, but a great dimension of mind which appears to open in the room, hanging in the centre of it, about eight feet across. She tells me I am already touching something that is beginning to happen in the world. My life will become involved in it. I will play my part – by no means a key role or leader, but one which I will gain great satisfaction and love from.
But remember that delving within like this can uncover the dark shadows cast by past fears, traumas and the memory of acts and emotions we usually choose to keep in the darkness of unconsciousness. I had a dream that I was washing a quartz crystal cluster of points that had purple impurities and I was trying to rub them away with running tap water. It was working too the purple was washing away.
Hi. I recently had a dream that I was attending a parent & teacher meeting. In this dream I was with my father. I can remember spilling a blue fizzy drink, and somehow I was bare footed. Although, when I looked at my feet, there were 2 large royal blue crystals placed in the centre of my feet. This is all I can remember.
Last night I dreamt of digging their were people doing likewise around me i found a geode kinda crumbly and inside was a green gem crystal …terminated on one side i held it for just a moment looked up and a rider on horseback running fast was coming so i put up my hand with gem in it and handed it off to rider as they flew by…. Any thoughts?

In my dream I was searching for gold with both a pan and my bare hands, of which I had found a great deal, all of it pure and really really soft. Anyway I had a lot of the river’s sand in my hand and suddenly I felt the need to look in that bit of sand, I did so and found a shaft of crystal quartz, perfect in its form and the length of my pinkie. It was flawless when I rinsed it in the river except for where it came off of it’s place of origin. I also found other crystals in a pebble form, one was garnet, another possibly rainbow tourmaline, and jade at least those were the names that came to me when I found each gem.
In my dream I was standing on my drive way of my old house. I was outside waiting for the mailman to deliver an exspensive package and I was anxious for it to arrive. Then I looked into the sky facing north. A comet was arcing toward me, trailing a beautiful stream of gold sparks. Then there were hundreds of them. They arced and started to fall around my street and on my drive way. When it was over I went to go look at what was left. In my driveway the meteors had bursted apart and what was left were beautiful crystals/gems of varying color and sizes. I started to collect only the most beautiful ones and put them on a shelf in my garage. All of the meteors that hit the street were black or just small rocks.
At a past-life regression workshop I was trying to reach a past lifetime, or to see my guide. I had no idea what I expected my guide to look like, but I didn’t expect him to be a peaceful silver alien holding my hand as we lay on an alien beach. We didn’t say anything to each other, we just lay there in comfort. I felt so loved and taken care of. During the workshop I was guided by the hypnotherapist back to my ‘garden’ but I found it hard to come back down to earth. My garden was rather a diarama of a cottage in a field, with no lid. And as I stared up from the grass I was looking into space. The being with me was just a silhouette of a person – their face a porthole to a nebula – almost like a mirror of myself. I escended out of the diarama and found myself circulating (flying?) around a foreign planet with crystaline asteroids that were pulled in to orbit like moons. I got the sense that this was not my home, but that I was on holiday. I saw the electro-magnetic gridlines of the planet wrapping around with energy and force. I was then guided by the hypnotherapist ro experience my birth. And all I could think when I was out was, “Oh my gosh, I have missed you guys so much. It’s been too long.” And I woke up. Not sure if this was a memory or a dream but I am interested to know what my intuition was trying to tell me about myself.
Hayley – What I am about to say is not said from theoretical understanding of dreams, but from years of exploring the deep places within us. That doesn’t mean that what I say is the truth – because knowing the truth we would be capable of knowing the whole universe and its formation; but it is the best I have.
A few well-known facts about how you encounter the so-called ‘real’ world of waking life will help. Firstly, when you look at an object such as an orange or apple, remember that although you have the sense of seeing what colour and texture the fruit has, in fact all you are seeing is reflected light. You never see the actual colour of the object.
The television picture you watch on a screen is translated from signals the TV set is sensitive to and changes into pictures, colour and sound. The signals are not in themselves images, colour or sound. So, like the TV, the world you feel so sure you are seeing and experiencing, is one your brain has created in order to enable you to deal with survival. Even so it is a translation of ‘the world’ that has been shaped by evolution and its limited needs. You only respond to very narrow wavebands of light and sound for instance. So you do not know much of what is actually going on in the world anyway. Your eye, as a lens produces an upside down image of your surroundings, and this is ‘corrected’ to help you move around more easily.
Considering that you only experience a virtual reality of the external world created by your brain – and that is itself limited to a tiny fraction of what is actually surrounding you – you cannot take seriously your perceptions of the world or people. There are so many radiations, energies, and depth upon depth of texture in the cosmos and objects around us, that in effect we are blind and deaf.
So to give you any understanding of what you experienced you were living through a waking dream. So all that you experienced were ways of communicating in images and feelings you could understand with the limited view of the world you are born to and experienced. Like the TV signals, the signals you receive are formless and are translated into images meaningful to you.
The silver alien you saw and responded to probably represent an aspect of yourself you had not encountered before and so found alien to your understanding. I tend to call it contact with your future self. Because when we begin to become aware of the More we are we realise that everyone has an enormous potential. So it is usually contact with great love, peace and understanding, which is what we can become – so is the future,
The view of the nebula was your home, at least images which if you explore you would realise the home you have. Hi, I don’t usually remember my dreams. But I do believe that dreams reflect the truth of our waking lives and might help us in foreseeing the future. I pick up clues from my dreams about those picture that appears vivid in my mind, and intuitively I feel that those are the core messages…
I had this dream that I saw my reflection in a mirror that I picked up. As I looked in the mirror, I saw my face starting to turn into crystal (or crystallizing?), with blue, purple and white shades, opaque by the way (like the shades of white opal, just the shades). I think the color was beautiful. Though I looked different, I felt at peace with what happened to me in the dream, kind of like an inner joy. I’m really curious about this ‘message’, like is there some transformation within myself or any possible interpretations?
Dear Kei – The way I see your beautiful dream is that you become aware of your Self, or your Core and inner joy and peace is what this Self/Core is.
I believe that the transformation could be about how you might relate different to changes and difficulties in your outer life now that you have experienced the “More than you are” or believed yourself to be.

I was fully aware of what was going on in my dream of crystals flowing from my mouth with purity and was relaxed whilst the crystals went into my bag,crystals went into the smallest part of my bag I was interested to watch the crystals of all big small size fit into the tiny pouch of my bag
Recently I saw getting one huge crystal in my dreams. The place was very normal. Though I do not know of a place where I was but it resembled kind of a road side shanty. The man present there was kind of familiar. We exchanged a word and laughed. There I saw an enormous well shaped and perfectly faceted cubical shaped white crystal and right where I was standing were series of white crystals which were not faceted and in a raw form. I picked one of them which was quite huge (even bigger than the size of a foot ball but kind of a water drop shaped) and heavy but was very shiny and cold. I felt very calm and happy from within once I had that crystal in my arms. And even a person who was there happily allowed me to take that crystal along with me. what could be the possible meaning of it. Please explain
The past two days i cannot stop dreaming of a recurring image of crystals. I have read a book on crystals and have as of late become for more interested and drawn to them. I barely remember my dreams but i remember painting a plate black to put crystals on. On Saturday night they were small red crystals. Last night they were small black ones. Is this just my calling to get crystals since it is on my mind? Or are certain crystals calling to me? What is your interpretation?
In my dream i was suddenly in fron of a wooden table, there was two pieces of raw orange gemstone(“Propably raw citrine”) and hand size clear green crystal and little indigo/purple stone, i held these hand in my hand and soon a little boy came close to me and i had the clear green crystal in my hand and the boy pointed the crystal with he’s hand and i felt like (“this one”) what you can get out of this ? And i had a flash of other dream i dreamt same night i was hoiding a cluster of some sort of white crystal, it expanded so that there was a cross in the top.?
i wouldn’t normally worry about my dreams they are always vivid abs i can normally relate them bak to the real world in some form. I own a clear quartz pyramid, that i keep in a large glass jar sitting on white sand. I dream atleast 5 times a night and they never wake me up, but my last dream was that the pyramid broke in two inside the glass and it felt painful and i sat upright with in second of this, i can’t help but feel it’s something significant.

This dream is about your inner world and it will take some effort to understand the symbols.
In dreams glass and so a glass jar as well is about the sort of invisible yet tangible barriers we may erect such as natural caution, emotional coldness, disinterest, fear of being hurt or pride; social barriers. Invisible aspects of oneself which nevertheless may trap us, such as fear, lack of self respect; self doubt.
I believe that your dream shows you that the barrier you have erected around your inner world cannot protect you from pain or conflict, because pain and conflict is a part of this world within you.
Did you know that Clear Quartz, is also called Rock Crystal or Ice Crystal, from the Greek word “krystallos”, meaning “ice”, because crystal was believed to be water frozen so hard it could never thaw?
Perhaps when it cannot thaw it has to break?
Thawing ice can suggest a change in the way you feel; a release of pain.

Before I wake up, I had been dreaming of a very different place than earth. Everything seemed the same, the ground and the sky looked alike. same colors, same appearance… Colors of orange, yellow and red covered the whole place… A vast endless view of a flat world where colors dominate just like during the sunset in a dead desert..all of the sudden some grey platforms started to appear, 2 or 3 levels high. However, I turn my back on it and get lost in the endless sight of the colors and that feeling of the sky and ground actually being the same and touching each other … And in that desert of no start nor end I find myself staring at a floating sphere made out of glass, perfectly smooth and round… As I observe it from the sides I only see the reflection of the vast colorful environment but when I stand straight at it and look down, as I am being standing on my feet, In that moment I see a pair of crossed feet, dressed in short grey pants and seems as meditating, reflecting on the glass sphere… And just before I wake up I recognized whose legs had been ^.^ I hope you get a taste of my point of view.. Words will never be enough to describe a dream as it truly feels to experience it. But I tried :p

I dreamed I was digging in the dirt and uncovered the most clear gorgeous crystals. They were huge and I wanted to dig them out. Somebody near me found some too. My only thought was how to beat them to getting the crystals first. The next morning (in real life) I coincidentally ended up at a rock show and saw crystals for sale. Any meaning, are the two trying to tell me something?

I dreamt I found a mix of red and white crystals all the same shape. I had to gather them & hide them from an enemy. I was rushing to get as many as I could & cover them with silly things like toiletries. It’s all a bit vague now but I remember being really scared. Later I went back for more crystals & this time they were green & white. I managed to hide some of these just before a giant beast, sort of like a minatore with huge horns came & chased me. I ran away leaving my crystals hoping they wouldn’t be discovered. I knew this beast wanted to kill me & I was terrified for my life. The rest if the dream consisted of running through various streets & crowds trying to hide from the beast.
