A WAY TO SHORTEN LABORThe main statement in the book is that energy moves in straight lines unless it meets a resistance. When contractions occur the baby’s body is pushed in a certain direction. If you imagine a line running through the baby’s body and head, then the contractions push along that line to the head. The important point made is that the head is often pressing, not into the birth canal, but into the back of the pelvis, hitting the lower spine. This line of force hitting the lower spine causes intense back pain. The wonderful thing that Janie McCoy King shows, is how to alter that situation, so the contractions push the baby toward being born. The cover picture is of the baby I caught as it was born. There was no screaming and the labour was only about an hour or less. |

Learning How to LoveAfter a long life of loving different partners, and failing miserable in some, I write this from long experience of mistakes I and others make. My experience also arises from having worked as a therapist for 25 years, also from the experience of working with thousands of dreams people have sent me.
In all, having read through the book, I am guided by the things I have written. Love is such a wonderful, down to earth and yet spiritual subject, here are only pointers on the way. It is available in Kindle eBook format HERE

Meetings With ChristThe meetings with Christ happened over a period of forty years. They
were wonderful meetings in which I was taught and healed. As David
Boadella writes, “In this booklet, which is intensely personal, Tony Crisp
writes of his encounters with the figure of Christ, in imagery, in deep
feelings, in states of self-transcendence, and heightened awareness; and
how these illuminated his understanding of birth, sexuality, death, and the extraordinary within the ordinary.”

Eye of DreamsThe result of 40 years exploring the Infinite Dimensions of Mind – the deep places of dreams and the strange worlds they reveal. Aspects of dreaming and your inner life are explained and explored that are seldom if ever mentioned elsewhere. Because the ability to enter and explore the spiritual and psychic flowered in my life, I was able to see how life beyond life and death is explainable. So I took pains to explain this as far is possible in the three dimensional world. Surviving Love and RelationshipsA loving relationship is one of the most sought goals. It is also one of the most difficult to attain and maintain. A major reason is that most of us fail to understand some of the fundamental aspects of what makes us love, and what might make us destroy what love we give or receive. To call most of today’s relationships loving is incorrect. ENLIGHTENMENTThe Next Step in EvolutionEnlightenment is a process of personal growth that is possible for many today. Just as humans started their journey as an animal with no speech and no rational mind, and moved on into what we know today as self awareness; so we are ready to take another step in our evolution. This is called Enlightenment or Cosmic Consciousness, and is a growth in awareness as far ahead of self consciousness as self consciousness is of primal animal consciousness.

Do You DreamOriginally published in 1971, it was one of the first books to deal with a personal approach to dreams in a meaningful and non clinical manner. It was also among the firsts to include a dream dictionary that was not about good and bad luck, and the ridiculous statements found in the books still published purporting to be about dream meanings. There was an attempt to base the dictionary on research into what people actually met when they explored their dreams. Yoga and ChildbirthIn YOGA AND CHILDBIRTH Tony Crisp explains how the practice of yoga can help to make the moment of childbirth not one of pain or discomfort, but of ecstasy. He describes the basic precepts of yoga, with simple postures, relaxation and breathing exercises specially designed for pregnant women. Particular importance is placed on diet and on the correct mental attitude to pregnancy and its influence on the unborn child. An A-Z offers natural treatment for the common problems of pregnancy, and a step-by-step guide tells you just what to do as your baby starts arriving. Finally, for those trying unsuccessfully to have a child, Tony Crisp suggests ways and means that may help to overcome barrenness. On sale with Amazon in the UK and in the USA |

Super MindsShort biographies of extraordinary men and women. Each biography also includes methods you can use to develop or extend your own physical and mental senses. We are all multi dimensional beings, existing in a physical and apparently solid world of the body. But we also daily experience the subtlety of thoughts, none of which can be held in the hand. Also we know the energy flows of emotion and inspiration, and at thrilling moments, the worlds lying beyond everyday life. The books takes you into these worlds through the lives of these extraordinary people. A young mother wrote – The message of Super Minds is very positive. I wish such a book had been available to me in my youth. It would have made sense of a lot of what I felt at times — especially the interconnectedness of things and the sense that if we just let ourselves ‘be’ we could touch the sky. The book captures that – and I’m certain that many children and adults alike will respond to it. Dear Tony!
My name is Sergey, I write to you from little town Balashiha in Moscow district, Russia. I`m working a manager in our city public library. In this bookcenter for all ages we ( I and too my colleagues) present the little club of readers, who learn English language & reading foreign books about healing practices, meditation, nature, science fiction, lucid dreams, meditation, “new age”, “new psychologic”, chanelling, energy healing, relaxation, self-healing. Purpose of this project – complete most biggest and interested library on foreign languages for all people (many of them so pure and can`t pay books), who wants to learn and self-improvement. Now I gonna ask you about little help – can you provide for us copies of your books for our readers in the act of charity? It`s will be great, if you answer “yes”.
Kind regards, Sergey
Sergev – Send me your address, and I will see what I can do.
Tony
i have many dreams and i want to know the meanings
Ahmad – Well, if you write out a dream – one at a time – I will do my best to answer.
But you could also explore your own dreams by reading these pages – http://dreamhawk.com/dream-dictionary/ and http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/peer-dream-group/

Hi Tony,
I’ve just finished reading your book Lucid dreaming which I stumbled across in the library. I will definitely be buying a copy. I think I have a strong intuition, telepathy, visual mind and I just adore dreaming. I’m sure the process will take quite some time to master but I just wanted to thank you for inspiring me to take this journey.
I hope you are well.
Lucy
Lucy – Thank you for sharing your interest with me.
I had never really tried to develop lucid dreaming, but it started happening spontaneously. I think it was because I was practising LifeStream, and I suppose was growing inwardly. Also I was trying to use my intuition a great deal, so that is a good start for you. And do not believe that it will take some time to master. I could happen any time you open to the mystery of Life with humility.
I know some people claim to lucidly dream, they say they can control their dream and do whatever they wish, but I think that is a form of escaping. When it happens it is an act of your deepest self revealing itself to you. You meet, if you carry on, great beings of the inner world, and I am sure I could not control them.
Meanwhile, my hand in yours as you travel on.
Tony
I have been using the Dream Dictionary – the 10th Anniversary Edition, revised and updated for more than 8 years and due to the fact it is literally falling apart, I am thinking of getting another Dream Dictionary. Shall I buy the same dictionary I have been using or it there a more undated version of this Dream Dictionary that is available?
Please let me take a moment to acknowledge how much Mr. Tony Crisp has helped me understand my dreams for I have been born a lucid dreamer and no one has ever took my dreams seriously. Your books have and continue to nurture my mind and I thank you for helping me take care of my mind as I continue my years of psycho -therapy.
Saira – Thank you so much for what you have said.
Your question about an upgraded Dream Dictionary has set me thinking. There is a very big upgrade, but too big for a printed version. The version you have has about 130,000 words, but I have been constantly improving and enlarging the ‘work’ version and it now has 671,000 words, and is 16 megabytes in size – too big to easily send my email.
So there are at least three things you can do. One is to buy the old version that you have. Second you can purchase a full electronic version, but you would need to use it on iPhone and other electronic platforms. It is called Dream Dictionary Ultimate. Thirdly you could send me your address – by writing to me via email at tony.dreamhawk@gmail.com – where your address will not be public. I can then send you a CD copy you can use on your computer. It is all bookmarked and very usable.
Also, if you have anything you have time and inclination to write about your journey inwards, using dreams and other methods, I would love to see it and perhaps put it on DreamHawk. That you have been a born lucid dreamer interests me enormously, so anything you could write about that, what you have learned from it, what you have penetrated etc, would be very good for other people to read.
Tony
Hey Tony,,
I just happened to come across this website, since i was looking for meanings of dreams, and everything related to the world beyond our imagination.. like lucid dreams, the mind, etc etc.. I am in a very confused situation as I am unable to differentiate with whats real and whats illusion.. do you think it would be possible for you to get me an insight to how I can go about finding my path…
Debby – The thing about reality is that it is very difficult to pick out what it is. After all nothing that we see through our senses is real. It is all a virtual reality created by the brain from signal send via several nerves and links. Also our senses are so limited, as we cannot even see the full colour spectrum.
I suggest you read http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/hallucinations/ and also http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/the-magical-dream-machine/
But I feel each one of us creates a sense of our own reality, and a useful way of cutting through what is not a good guide, is to check it out. You can do this by not jumping to conclusions about anything you experience. Also to check out you daily sense of wellbeing. Take any thing you experience and see it if works in your daily life, and if it forms a whole picture instead of a broken jigsaw.
Very often the things we have been educated to believe are real can cause terrible pain and depression. So anything that causes that discard and wait to see what really fits. The story of Bucky Fuller is a good example. He was raised the believe that dog ate dog was the rule of life. So he stopped talking for a year to test it, and found something so good it led to him becoming famous. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckminster_Fuller

“As we age we usually sleep less. Our REM sleep in particular decreases sharply.”
How do we increase the length and/or duration of our REM state? The key to magic.
Thanks, Tony!
Gabe – I am not sure if you actually ask a question there about increasing our REM sleep. If so, I honestly do not know the answer to it. Being 74 today, I see my dream life has got less; and yet because I record my dreams the amount seems to come and go.
But I find compensation in using intuition – http://dreamhawk.com/approaches-to-being/using-your-intuition-2/ – and also having learned how to use LifeStream I find I can dream while awake. Not often but in a satisfactory amount. See http://dreamhawk.com/approaches-to-being/the-lifestream/

Nice to meet you tony!

Hi Tony,
I’m a fellow dreamer that is looking more into the role of dreaming and dreamers with in the first nations people. To be more precise I’m looking for a book, or resource, that gives the history of the Aztec dreamers. Have you written or recommend any resources about the subject?
Mr. Crisp:
I enjoyed reading your Dreams and Dreaming, and I have used your Dream Dictionary for a number of years. I have just written a 36-page essay about six dreams of a woman named Martha. Since I have used your Dictionary in my intepretations of her dreams, would you like to read my essay and critique those interpretations?
Claudio Fernandez
Claudio – Thank you so much for writing. It is a real pleasure to hear of someone who has used a skill you obviously have to work on someone’s dreams.
So I would very much like to see your essay – and hope I can find new insight to add to my writings.
Tony

Dear Mr. Crisp
My name is Leon and my wife’s name is Keiko. I found your excellent site and was fascinated by your experiences.
Actually I am writing to you because we have some relatives in Kyushu who do not speak English. Do you have access to anyone who might know?
