In my dream, I was in high school talking to a friend. Suddenly she is on the verge of vomiting, grabs my arm and runs out the door. She vomits in the trash can. Then I burst vomit onto the ground. I spit some and find some snow and try to wash my mouth. When I rub it on my face, it is warm and doesn’t affect my filth. I cannot clean my mouth/ lower face. I have vomit on my face.

Erica – Vomiting can be sign of two things – early sign of pregnancy; or that you have been holding on out emotions or thoughts that disagree with you.

Vomiting is usually a way – in dreams – of releasing a tension or getting rid of deep hurt or emotions. Try http://dreamhawk.com/dream-encyclopedia/acting-on-your-dream/
    It might help.
