Maggot Maggots

Life or effects in your life, that have sprung from parts of yourself that are no longer growing or properly given life. The effects however, are usually efforts on the part of nature to cleanse, heal or deal with the situation. As an example, if there is a great deal of tension on the neck due to held back emotions, a dream might portray this dis-ease as an area full of maggots.

Maggots might also appear in a dream where there are fears about death or disease. This is because maggots often represent the negative view there is of death as the final decay. See: Corruption.

We are buffeted, torn by all the fears, angers, hates, prejudices human beings are heir to. There’s no creator we are told by our pundits. We are only maggots. There is no life after death.

Possible need to cleanse body of toxins or infection, or a sense of dis-ease emotionally in that area of self; something, like a fear or resentment, eating away at one. It could also indicate a decay or part of you lacking life, something ‘eating away at you’.  Remember that maggots only live on rotting things. Because of this they are sometimes used on humans to eat rotten flesh. As soon as they have eaten all the sick flesh the maggots drop off.

The unconscious telling us that a part of our attitudes is not wholesome or ‘well’. So repressed emotions causing tension in the chest might be represented as maggots. The secret witnessed in dreams is that if you dare stop running from these emotions and cut-out cartoons of death, with their maggots and rotting bodies, you will break through the screen the images are projected upon. The wondrous reality of life will be waiting for you there, ready to share the love and transformation that lies in death. Dare to challenge the mirage.

In my dream last night , my sister and I was swimming at the beach , suddenly , we found out that the water becomes white and thick and there’s so many maggots in there . The whole water becomes so thick and white with maggots all over it.

I had a dream that Maggots were feeding on my left leg(Thigh,Upper half) on a particular rotten patch on my leg .
I Went to a doctor probably or someone who started removing them and some were falling though.
He started treating them and after sometime , I realized that the patch was healing fast but there were stil signs of improvement , But there werent any maggots then .
P.S : I am also not wel since a long time having flu and urine infection.

please help me , if this is an indication or something ?

I dreamt I was living in a very old flat and there were maggots oozing out of the old plug holes and cracks in the wall, tons of them like flooding the floor, just pouring out gaps in the wall. It happened in my bedroom and the lounge. I was trying to clean it up. I was sharing the flat. I called out for help and the person I was sharing with came. He acted like it was nothing and gave me some Doom. Given the extent of them and all he gave me was Doom I told him I’m moving out.

I think part of the dream could be that I do live in an old building. But a part of me feels like the maggots could be my four half-siblings and another brother. Who constantly cause worry and concern for my dad and only seem to go to him when they need money from my dad.

I felt the maggots were disgusting and ruining everything. I felt proud to standing up to my flat mate and saying well I’m moving out if you’re not doing anything about this.

The flat mate in the dream was someone I would never live with in real life. I know him from many years ago having being a then boyfriend’s housemate. Both who smoked too much weed and cigarettes.

I think standing up to my flat mate was perhaps of symbolic of standing up to my dad. I feel like my dad unconsciously expects me to support and help my half siblings and just dismiss the things they do that I don’t agree with for example saying really scathing things to other family I am close to for no reason.

In my dream I was asked by my brother to cook breakfast cause he was hungry I went to the kitchen and soon realized that the dishes the sink the kitchen floor and living room floor were all covered by live maggots dead flies and dead ants and I walked on top of all of them to the living room and saw myself cleaning the floor sweeping away and was been successful at it and I felt achieved to see the tile floor cleaned and I woke up.

That was a good interpretation dream about maggot though general… May i know however the meaning of my dream? In my dream i was pouring water on my body using a dipper as if i was bathing then i saw maggot in my legs then i asked someone to give me clean water because i saw the water i am using from a pail to be a dirty one. Then i used the clean water and wiped it with a towel then the maggot disappeared. What does this mean?

I had a very distressing dream last night and its been on my mind for the rest of the day which I am trying to figure out. It was very vivid I remember seeing the skin on my right arm start to erupt and then maggots came pouring out and lavae. I felt sick but also strangely relieved to see this leave my body. i woke up and then looked at my right arm and noticed a strange z shaped line across the skin. There wasn’t any broken skin which i thought might have appeared after having the dream. My only thoughts of how i might have been influenced to dream this is possibly linked to the day previously when I noticed a girls jacket with a pentagram badge on it. And then thinking I may have enermies trying to harm me with spells? Any ideas on what this could mean? thanks in advance

Thanks for the help, I drempt I was walking in my kitchen and noticed what looked like maggots of the floor, I then realized they were on the bottom of my shoes so I did the dance, you know the one somethings crawling on me dance, I called for my Husband but he never came. To me the maggots represent the emotional struggle I’m having with letting things go when it comes to my Husbands we are in a bad place and he is trying to make things right,but there’s a pattern and I foresee it happening again and again like it has been. I’m Not sure I can continue with this particular issue seeing how I’m the one who is the one placed all ways last. He will admit to this say he’s sorry and tell me to get over it but won’t seek counseling . Again thanks this is food for thought.

I recently had a dream that acquaintances of mine took me in their car to an office of a friend of theirs. While in the car, I was in the back seat sitting with one of the son’s of this couple. This son happens to be an onery and angry boy. Once we arrived at the office I was trying to go up a set of stairs but was stopped by a goat on the stairs. Maggots came off the goat and were getting on me. Then I woke up.

I had a dream that maggots were all over my leg, eating away at my flesh. I tried to wash them away with a towel and I couldn’t get rid of them. Felt nauseous and disgusted! I’m a 46 yr old female. Tons of drama in the house with a husband with chronic health issues and anger.

I just had a dream I had a hole in my hand I had a big maggot poking out of my hand and I pulled it out and there was loads of little maggots crawling around in the hole and I couldn’t get them out
