A bullet often links with feeling wounded, hurt, or the desire to wound or hurt. Therefore, being shot in the chest or stomach suggests feeling the impact of someone else’s attack in one form or another. But remember that in the end it is you doing the shooting. Dodging bullets might therefore illustrate the way you are dealing with anxiety, with difficult life situations or hurtful situations in a relationship – perhaps criticism or direct verbal or social attack. Firing bullets would be the opposite of this, directing aggression or criticism at someone else.
Bullets can also depict sexual impregnation or aggressive sex.

I dreamt of being shot by a man 3 times in my chest. I then experienced a short term black-out. But as I thought about Im bullet proof, I took the gun from the man and fired back at him 3 times straightly unto his chest. Serves him right. I left him dead.

Anne – A good policy to fight back, but you are bullet proof if you accept it. But there are many options while we dream. Some of them are to simply laugh at the guy, knowing his bullets cannot hurt you; or you could realise that he is angry at you for some reason, and because all the figures in your dreams are created by you, you could ask yourself what is the dream pointing out to me about what is going on inside me. Dream starts with my identity being stolen at a hospital. From there find out it’s someone from the government. They have the ability to shoot you with a bullet and it track you as you try and run from it. Everyone that helps me dies. I can only escape it when i run into a large room full of x-rays.

Taking away your (false?) identity in a hospital may suggest that it is healing to leave it behind and this could be the reason why the inner forces that govern your psychological health could decide for this approach.
Being shot can indicate the need to open up; to break through your barriers of old patterns of thinking and feeling, to allow something more into your life.

I had a dream where I was walking back to a place (idk where I can’t remember most of the context of the dream . And a gang of people showed up (they were in my dream earlier but also can’t remember the context) and they started to threaten me when one of them pulled out a gun. Everyone around that person told them to put it away and they started shooting everywhere randomly. In the chaos I tried to run away and a bullet grazed my right arm and the base of my head right above where my neck starts
When I examined them a bit after they weren’t bleeding and they barely hurt. A lot of other stuff happened afterwards but I was wondering if this might mean anything?
I had a dream that I woke up with golden bullets implanted in my head. I still had some hair. Stringy and i remember it smelling bad. I was feeling that I wanted them to go off because I didn’t want to live like this.
Dear Dbbie – A more figurative way to look at the meaning of implant is to see it as settling an idea into someone’s mind.
When you wake up to this in your dream it means that it is something that you really have to pay attention to.

Mother in law dreamed her deceased son played next to her in bed and said mom there’s three bullets. I put them in the fire. His passing was ruled a accident but there wasn’t a thorough investigation on his case. We feel he’s trying to tell his mother something else happened.
I had a dream that some bad guys were trying to harm a family by shooting repeatedly at their house thinking the family were inside but secretly they had escaped out back. I then was in the house and the bullets that were shot through their home were now inside me but I had no blood or wounds yet I started to remove these big gold bullets out of myself, they were painful but came out easy without leaving any marks, blood or open wound behind as if there had been no bullets to begin with.
Hi, I had a dream that really troubled me as I woke up feeling as though it were true.
In my dream I was shot in the back repeatedly but the bullets for some reason remained in my back instead of piercing through my body. I seemed to carry on with normal life but they were troubling and hurting me and nobody seemed too bothered about the fact I had bullets in my back. So in my dream I tried to take the bullets out myself by pushing or picking them out of my skin where they entered.

I had a dream I was shot 8 times in the stomach and chest but I didn’t bleed or die. No one would take me to the hospital and they said I was fine by I could barely walk and breathing was hard. The bullets stayed in me and the areas around the gunshot turned blue. But still no one acknowledged my pain. Any ideas?
Dear Katie – What I see in your dream is that there is some form of inner conflict about the pain that you feel when you feel attacked by someone or something else.
So those people in your dream that do not want to take you to the hospital and tell you that you are fine are aspects of your own inner world as well and they express an unconscious decision you took.

What i remember from my dream is being in the ER with several bullets lodged in my back (over 20). Noone woud help me because the bullets did not hit any major organs so it was not considered an emergency…they told me to wait to be seen…i walked into the ER bathroom and could see my back in the mirror. I became very frustrated that i could not reach the bullets to pick them out of my flesh myself. Woke up feeling very frustrated and pissed. Not the best way to start your day! Ha ha!
I had a dream where I was trying to stop a guy with a gun and I ended up getting shot in the stomach a few times. It felt so real that I felt the pain I didn’t die but I was pulling a bullet out of my stomach and than I walked around wounded than woke up.

I recently had a dream where I was with my three other friends in a wooden and unpainted room. Then a strange man from outside was shooting us through the window. We tried getting out of the room but only one of us had successfully escaped. Then another strange woman was also shooting us. She’s with the strange man. The woman was very angry and she was concentraing on shooting me. I remember my friend and I were holding guns except for my other friend who was in the middle. I tried shooting at the woman while my other friend was shooting at the man. I keep on shooting but there’sno bullet coming out of my gun. I saw some silver and pointy bullets in a small blue plastic box and I picked up one and placed it inside my gun. I wanted to take more than one but I didn’t have enough time because the woman kept on shooting. I tried shooting at her for three times bit the bullet is not coming out of my gun. The woman fired at me but it was my friend in the middle who was shot on her left side about 5 inches below her arm pit.
These friends are actually my best friends and I love them. It really bothers me that one of my friends got hurt because of me. Can you please help me understand what this dream means? Thanks!

I had a dream about visiting my friend. His house was now surrounded by sand but there was a river behind his house. I was driving his black truck and once I got there and my friend came out a cop pulled up next to me and with one bullet shot my friend.
After that it transitioned to his house where people were visiting and grieving. One I went back to the exact spot he had fallen, I picked up the bullet or casing that had been used to kill him.
The rest of the time I was trying to figure out why him. I asked the officer that shot him and he said he can’t give details about a shooting. I continued to talk to him and started getting loud saying “I watched him die. I have the bullet/casing used to kill him.”
After that I woke up crying.
I dreamt of a bullet in my left ankle, I could see the bullet, the blood and soneone removing the bullet, pulling it our with their fingers. I was worried it would hurt but it didn’t. The bullet was large and gold.
I had a dream in which I am holding an almost dainty intricate ornate silvery broken bullet in my hand. I just look at it and wonder at the beauty of this beautiful broken bullet. I wish I could find out what this dream meant.

I think it means that when you open up and allow your hurts to be healed, then you will perceive “the bullet” – that what hurt you – in a totally different light.

i had 2 dreams.one was me being grazed my a bullet on my ear,the other one was me being shot in the arm…please help me
Nykimah – Being shot usually says you have been injured psychologically.
Your ear was only grazed, saying there is something about you not listening or hearing well.
The arm is more serious. Pity you didn’t tell me which arm, and whether you are right handed or left handed.
If you are right handed and it is your left hand shot, it would be that you lack confidence in yourself, probably due to lack of parental support.
If you right arm, the ability to do and express your self in a powerful way in the world has been injured. This can be through criticism or through being hurt in the way you have been creative in the past.
