i have a scary recurring dream- my great aunt who died who i never knew is holding a little girls hand who looks like me but had never spoken to me until a few weeks ago she is 4-5 years old and beautiful- the dream changed and now she says ‘u can’t play with me yet mommy’ and runs away. i try to catch her and the emotion is so strong as if she will her hurt hreself and i’m trying to stop her but my aunt stops me. Can you help as i can wake up in sweats, crying and shouting?
